Fifty Bar 20k (Vanilla Custard)

ok so I absolutely love this brand of vape the fifty brand vapes all the flavors and been buying from cloud hunters for years . anyway I purchased a couple recently and this particular flavor and vape will not charge after I took it from the unsealed box might I add. that being said , any customer should receive an automatic replacement but Im actually bothered by the fact that I was told that when I receive the disposable vapes I need to open them all the same day in order to make sure none of them are defective as I had one in the past. other some other wise the simple solution today should and would be that cloud hunters makes this right and drops me off a replacement no questions asked as I'm disabled and unable to drive up there any more. thanks.
